I made myself a playlist of over 30 instructional videos on YouTube. I started here, and, as it says at the end of the video "The hardest part is showing up."
I think I can do this. I did it for 5 days straight once and I loved it -- but 5 was my goal, so I stopped. 10 - 30 minutes out of my day ain't much, even on a bad one.
I am concerned about many things as I age that I think yoga could help alleviate: aches, stiffness, muscle tone, body fat content, anxiety -- not to mention general awareness of body and spacial acuity, which, as an Aspergirl, are never my strong suits.
Let's try. It can't very well make things worse.
