I made an effort to identify all the "weeds" in my backyard, and a lot of them are edible. A new one I've noticed this year that is really abundant is wood sorel. It tastes lemony and delicious.
I made a tofu and vegetable scramble with everything from our backyard save for the tofu and some spices: foraged wood sorel and fresh dandelion greens + basil, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, and onions from our vegetable garden.
