Progress: #27. Do yoga for 30 days straight

3/30: 10%!

New favourite yogi: Jessamyn Stanley. She talks with patience and intelligence and strength and I can actually buy the things she is saying about moving yoga into the rest of your life by simple and immense things like standing strong. 

Geoff says my posture has gotten pretty bad in the past year or more, and I know that always coincides for me with times of body insecurity. 

I want to try to stand tall today, heart open.

This was a good way to start my morning.
