Progress: #27. Do yoga for 30 days straight

I'm feeling tired and distracted this morning (WORK), but my muscles and joints really are feeling a lot less tight already.

Really, I'm taking the time I would otherwise spend in the morning aimlessly scrolling the news on Facebook and sitting in front of a heater to warm up, and 1. Taking out aimlessness, and 2. Finding another way to get warm.
