Progress: #27. Do yoga for 30 days straight

10/30: 1/3!

This one is not labelled "beginner", so it was a bit quicker than I'm used to. However, my indoor fireplace / space heater is on the fritz and it was 16 degrees in here, so I was quite happy to warm up.



I keep hearing all these yogis talk about working up to "inversions" and finally realized what they mean -- headstands, crow pose, etc. (basically being "upside-down"). I'm curious as to whether or not this is something I can eventually do, so I searched "beginner inversions" and added some videos to my list for another day. This could be a total disaster, but we shall see.
