Progress: #27. Do yoga for 30 days straight

This one was definitely my least favourite so far, if only because it was way too advanced and way too quick for me. It seemed to regard it more as a vigorous exercise than anything particularly calming or meditative, and I'm not there yet. Also: I think I am the only person who finds downward dog the most difficult and taxing yoga pose (my hamstrings do not, and have never, allowed for my knees to unbend), and he did it about 30 times in this routine.

I completed this with a lot of modifications, and definitely do not recommend for a beginner.
