Progress #27. Do yoga for 30 days straight

11/30: Just a short one this morning, because 1. My body is really feeling the last few longer days of yoga, and 2. I slept in.



I feel better now, though. I do.

Also: In general. The proof: Not a single Facebook rant has felt necessary in the past 11 days. You're welcome. (Thanks, yoga.)
